Summer Activities

In summer, Verbier is a mountain paradise: There are hiking and biking trails where you can take in the magnificent panorama of the Alps from Mont-Blanc to the Matterhorn. We can organise horse-riding, rafting and climbing; the town has indoor and outdoor swimming pools and even puts on Show-Jumping and Polo competions as well as the world famous Verbier Academy and Classical Music Festival. Down in the valley the Montreux Jazz Festival is a 40 minute drive, as is the Chateau de Chillon, Lake Geneva and boats across to Evian in France.
